Dear Sir,
I am Alak Sinha Maha Patra, resident of Simlapal block .This note is in regards to the order no OD123124792085359000. I ordered the REDMI Note 9 Pro Max (Glacier White, 64 GB) on 16th Oct. 2021 and received that product on 20th Oct. 2021, after that I unpacked the case and found that the Cell Phone was used and already there was some unauthorized application installed . Also there was already a set pattern to secure the phone, if the phone was unused then this should not set in it. So that is why I am asking for it’s return or replacement ASAP. I requested in flipkart application too many times earlier but they rejected my return request . So a tension has been created there, earnestly requesting you to understand my concern and make it clear to me. Again I am attaching some issues from when I understood the cell phone is used:
1. The cell phone packet was not clean and The outer-box of the handset was in torned condition.
2. The sim card ejector pin is missing in this packet.
3. The phone charger is not of this phone and is not working also, the charger should be white in colour but the item I received is Black & damaged.
4. The pattern is already set in the cell phone.
5. There is a number(1659613496) written on the white box by pen where the sim ejector pin is attached.
The above points made me think about this phone and then & there I requested for its return.
I seriously fail to understand, how flipkart is working is very unethical and is very unprofessional. It’s all about the customer service when you are in an online business. I bought this phone because flipkart is there for my protection and is the middle part between me and the seller and now flipkart people are saying that they do not know what their sellers are sending and under what conditions the items are being delivered.
I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and kindly take the phone back and penalize the seller for sending a faulty and used phone and further allow me to buy some other phone from their website, since I have lost my faith in the mi company after the phone that has been supplied to me.
