I bought an xioami phone for 30k , 10days ago and no it is having so many defects like hanging and app errors battery draining issues etc I asked sangeetha store to replace my phone but they are saying to give it to service, it’s only 10 days!!! And already I have to give it to service as if it was a second hand phone?? What kind of company is this. What if the service center people exchange the phones new inputs with old ones we won’t know only… I roamed whole day around this service centre they said to leave it for 10 days… Is this right??? I seriously want to file a complaint against sangeetha, what do they think about customer, if I wont get a replacement I will surely file a case.
