I had ordered refurbished iphone 8 on 17 march on Flipkart and got delivered on 21 march evng. I’m on duty so I told the delivery man to delivery at guard room gate of INS Dronacharya. Later i received the package and opened and surprised to see an box containing a biscuit packet in it. I raised the return request 3 times and got rejected after I’m sending my necessary documents to Flipkart also. I got the message as you didn’t respond to our mail your request has been cancelled. But i responded and replied to their mail and sent the details also
