Hi Team,

Hope you are doing well.
Few days back, I’ve ordered few items in Amazon and one of the article was OnePlus Wireless Bullets.
I’ve received an empty box and immediately ordered for a replacement wherein the delivery refused to deliver the package and take the old one stating it is against the policy.
However I’ve reached out to Customer Support team and they’ve informed that an investigation team will look into this and bring it to a conclusion adding that I might receive calls from the concerned team.
I’m assumed for not receiving any call which made me to reach out to the team again wherein I understood that my issue was already resolved and no refund/replacement will be provided as the package was delivered successfully.
I agree that package has been delivered successfully but an empty one without any article in it. There was no proper response from customer service team and closed my call as they have nothing to do with it.
I kindly request you to look into this and help as this was an empty box and I’ve invested my money as well. First time, I’m not satisfied with the delivery and customer service support by Amazon, request you to please help in this issue.
