I’m a prime customer,ordered air pods pro for the first time in my life after so much pains and my item was missing from shipment OrderReported customer service,theysaid,I’ll get resolution on 9th Sept’20.Please help,I demand for refund??

was an empty box instead of my airpods pro already called customer service,Thereis no mistake from my side,I paid full amount,received nothing please be customer centric,help me get my money back please?

I got an empty box which wasn’t the airpods pro box I’m concerned about this please help me As gathered that amount in six months very painfully It was a gift for my sister but I was frauded
