I received an empty box from boat website when i ordered an airdopes, i put a complaint to the customer care and they rejected my complaint saying the package was intact. I lost my money and did not get help from them.

Now boat are doing fraud with their customers . They also send me empty box of rockerz 255 pro + (delivered on 24 may 2023 ) . And they do not take any action against it . Product is missing from their side but they closed my case by saying that the product was in intact condition . If you value your money and time then stop buying boat product . Otherwise they will send you only empty box without product and waste you time when you complain about it ,at the end they will closed you case . ## fraud boat company ##only send empty box ##stop buying boat product .
I received an empty box too today from BOAT! I ordered boat rockerz 330 pro and there were no earphones inside the box! Complete scam! I am not getting my product replaced or refunded by BOAT.
I have had same issue with boat,
I purchased airdopes from boat and I also got empty box, with only charging wire, i complaint and they close the case with saying we have investigated the case and it’s intact from our side, I also lost money + i ordered this as gift from my wife for month anniversary and it was all ruin
I believe it’s some kind of boat racket done from insiders
same here, I ordered Board smart ring on the first day it was open for booking and received an empty box. After their so called “investigation” they say it was delivered in “intact” condition which is absolutely false. I think some kind of a fraud is going on in their logistics and they are just turning a blind eye to it…just lost money on it now. Any ideas on what can be done?
I ordered boat xtend pro smart watch and I received only empty package.boat customer care representatives asked all images and unpacking videos daily and I even shared it.Then they said their investigation takes 7-10 days and After 11 days,they closed the case with saying it was delivered in “intact” condition and they were not responsible if logistic team had done something.They didn’t give any refund.I lost my money
Such a fraud company.Not only myself but most of the consumers faced issue like this.Don’t go for boat products
I ordered boat airdopes they send me an empty package with charging cable and some stupid cards
I complained about it and they say my claims are false and they can’t do anything about it.
Now they refuse to take any action.
