i ordered Oneplus Buds Z from Amazon on 02-Mar-2021 and received it on 5-Mar-2021. When I Opened it was Empty.
As i said i ordered it on 02-Mar-2021, i observed Even after 3-4 days the packaging glue was sticky & stretchy.
So, I called Amazon customer care as soon(in 5 minutes after delivery) as i got my parcel & raised a Complaint About my order.
Amazon Customer Executive told me to contact them back in 5 days. they will have to escalate it to some other team and do an investigation.
but, I kept calling daily to know the status of my Complain. After 4 and half days, there was no update on the status of my Complain.
so, I contacted Amazon after 5 days & they said that our Amazon Investigation Team denied my claim. It is funny that overnight they completed my Investigation.
how can someone come to a conclusion without any proper investigation.
They didn’t call me, They didn’t ask me about any detail. They didn’t do Anything.
I’m a Amazon Customer from almost 2 Years. I have ordered a lot till Today & never raised an Issue like that.
I mailed Amazon Customer Support on 11-March-2021 & I was told that we are creating your replacement order and when i asked will the delivery agent accept my empty Oneplus Buds Z Box? Then they said You do not have to return the item & on 13-Mar-2021 at the time of Delivery, the Delivery Agent denied to deliver it. After that i call Amazon Customer care and again they said we cant give you any refund or replacement. Making U-Turn from what they’ve mailed me. Now, they are also Ignoring me on email on cs-reply@amazon.in. This is so pathetic. It’s been almost 10 days I’m Calling & mailing & I’m getting mentally disturb by all this. I’m also Attaching Some Screenshots. Please See it.

Did you solve the issue? What is the status of the replacement after the delivery agent refused to deliver?
Is it still showing that “package is arriving” or something else?
