I ordered Redmi note 10 pro max from amazon i received an empty box , charger and a phone cover
I immediately reported the same to amazon
As per them they started the investigation right away
After calling them after 2 days
They said they cannot refund/replace the product as the investigation tesm has rejected the claim
I then went to cybercrime for tracking of phone but as per them
They cannot track it as it is not a missing but a fraud case
I tried social media escalation and also tried to take this issue with national consumer helpline but no help from anyone
Now at last iam here
Kindly help me getting my phone
