Sir I ordered OnePlus 11r mobile on 17th June 2023 and I received on 20th June and box is sealed but when I opened seal I shocked to see everything is already used one and charger and mobile having scratches then immediately I call to customer care I gave complaint…and they telling that it is sealed box then I visited OnePlus service centre then they are telling that warranty of this product is up to March 2023 this means it is already used. Actually warranty for one year….last March already they used this mobile. Flipkart selling used product again I call to Flipkart customer care regarding this warranty till now they didn’t resolve this issue and they didn’t give return option for me kindly do needful
