Image Uploaded by Chinmoy Mitra:I am writing to inform you that, i have received a wrong used wire headphone instead of boat wireless headphone. Same aslo informed to customer care and they are schedule for return the item. On the particular date the delivery boy refuse to receive the return and cancel the pickup.After that I called to customer care many time and schedule for return but no one called me Or no one visit for pickup. The pickup got cancelled more then 6 times with out any information. Now at this stage I am feeling helpless. Please do the needful.
