I had ordered a floor cleaning mop from Shipstreak but I received the product with very bad quality. After receiving the wrong product, I tried to process the return request for the product but there was no any valid link or support contact number to process the return request.
Answering line is provided for refund or return product which is completing issue and no option given to talk with representative.
Shiptreak is totally doing fraud with their customers. Kindly block such types of websites and try to get recover the consumer money from such fraudsters.
