Metro women’s blue sandal order by me on 30th November 2020 and delivered me a wrong product. Same day I contact customer care service and tell everything to them. On 12th December 2020 pick up the item. When I track the refund it shows only way back.
After that I contact different time customer service they only assured me that after 48hrs. Your refund will be initiated.
On 21st December I again contact customer service and that day they told that I returned an old item. I want to know that if I returned old used product why they accept it at the time of pick up.
I returned the product with tag because the product is not shown same as the picture shown at the time of ordered and only one side of the inside box is received.
