Text of Complaint by Charu Singh:

I ordered a shirt from Myntra and I received a wrong product as soon as I realized that it was not what I had ordered I immediately put in a return request. Myntra team asked me for some additional information and they said that the Product will not be picked up. I am so disappointed with the whole situation. I lost 2371 Rs. and ended up with a faulty product which I will never use, just because Myntra management did not deal with the issue carefully.
