Text of Complaint by Asutosh Sahoo:

I order bose qc2 earbuds from Amazon on 06-02-2023 and received it on 07-02-2023 just when I got home I opened it and I saw some other earbuds ,then I immediately contacted Amazon then they raised an investigation and after investigation they denied refund saying that they had no fault
