My parcel delivered on 4th sep. I have ordered a shampoo(400ml @Rs423) but i received 200ml . I contact to customer care but they only told me to wait and wait .. i called for 4 times or more …the last time they are saying policy is over . Here what was my fault, what did i do , I complained about the product the moment i opened the box.They even refused to refund . They should atleast refund half the price.
