- Received a wrong product instead of the one that is ordered online and paid in full. In spite of repeated requests over mail and WhatsApp messages I have NOT RECEIVED ANY RECIPROCATION whatsoever.
- On the website of Rudra Silks (www.rudrasilks.com) there are two products listed under the product codes TK33 & AD18 same product image is been displayed. Although this is the product design (saree) that is been ordered
- Only one reply I have received till date after my complaint stating that they (Rudra silks) have delivered exactly the same saree of that design and description as depicted in the picture on the website…
- In fact nothing matches neither the design nor the colour
