I have Ordered Sony Waterproof Wireless Speaker from this Online Shopping site worth Rs. 1,599. But this site has delivered me a cheap product worth Rs. 50. Now When I returned the product to the delivery Boy, He is not willing to take it back since I have opened the Packet. But How would I know without seeing the product inside whether it is correct product or not.I request to please arrange a delivery boy to collect the product and deliver the right product. I have received the Product from Lorens Watches, 89 B M K ~ S.2, Rohini (Customer Care roma.ganapat2@gmail.com), Delhi, NCR, 110085. Deliberately they have made the Phone number invisible.
I have tried to contact them via mail but the email address is not valid. I have received the product on 2nd Mar 2019.
