My order no is OT513173.
I ordered a rechargeable torch named “SUPER II HIGH POWER LED TORCH KIT” and the price of the product was Rs. 999/- and I recevied a confirmation mail about my order.I received a procduct from Blue Dart courier service and payment has been paid by cash on delivery. they delivered a very poor quality single LED torch.I sent a request mail to them regarding the cancellation of my product and for refund on 13th December 2020 still no response from their side.
