on june 9th 2020, i ordered a phone which the eezephone website showed the features of 12gb ram and 128 gb internal memory phone named krypton k5 notch. money of 4499 was paid by me on the same day through payumoney. and after 8 days i received a waste scratched 2g loop mobile named apple tree. when i tried to contact customer care, they asked my cvv nmbr, upi nmbr and my card credentials etc to refund. after all theese finally they are not refund, or exchange. they are completly frauds. i want my money back or exchange my order with same what i ordered.
