Dear Team
Just now received a text message from Airtel stating that payment of dues before 15th may 2019 amounting to rs 6280/- by visiting Airtel Store. I would like to inform you that I have not avail any loan or borrowed fund from Airtel or TVS in any way and a such if any loan is showing against my airtel phone no 9895026892 is fraud and malicious tantamount to legal action. The pretext of the message has been pasted below :
“Dear Customer, Agmt no KE3022TW0025093 Overdue 6280 Request you to repay full dues on or before 15th May 19 and get waiver off Charges 11776. Download our app clicking http://bit.ly/2DWNbl5 or to pay online at www.tvscredit.com. You can also visit nearest AIRTEL STOREfor repayment. Kindly ignore this message if already paid.”
Kindly check and clarify on the issue on priority.
