Dear Sir/Madam
Airtel sent us a bill in Jan where the amount was not agreeable. We had travelled International & before that we had checked with 121 ( Customer Care Airtel) on the charges etc. At that time they did not tell us how much the bill may go to. On receiving the bill, they have been giving us the following argument, which was not told to us during the call
Invoice dated 09-01-2021 :
Incoming Voice calls – 5 min (Rs. 450/-)
Outgoing Voice calls – 7 min (Rs. 870/-)
Data: 237.86 MB (Rs. 170499/-)
Total Charges without IR special pack: Rs. 1,71,819/-
Actual Charges levied with special pack: Rs 3245/-
They are not responding to us nor calling us back. They are disconnecting the services also & harassing us. We wanted some clarity but we dont know whom to reach out to.
We would also like to state we will pay for the voice calls & hence made a 50% payment. We somehow dont agree with Internet bill. Their team should have clearly told us about ths when we called them. We are not accepting the harassment done while they are not taking steps to speak & understand our matter
