Hi Team,
It is a matter of grievance and utmost shame as well for being scammed by the renowned ekart logistics team and services.
I have ordered a product online seeing an advertisement on the social media platform worth Rs 3500. It was delivered today by ekart logistics personnel, the packaging was done very nicely. I asked for an open box delivery and the fellow denied that they can’t give an open box delivery and as per them there’s no return policy for the product. The delivery person asked to make the payment and then to open it. After thinking a couple of times and keeping in mind it can be a scam I trusted ekart logistics and received the order making payment and opened the parcel.
To my surprise when I opened it there was nothing inside but a box full of folded newspapers.
I am being fooled by no one but ekart as it was my fault to trust and receive the order from ekart logistics.
Please make the order
return respectfully or I shall be bound to take legal action and I wouldn’t hesitate to drag the matter to the consumer forum.
