I have purchased a mobile phone “Samsung Music Guru 2” .My order id is OD430296649483348100.
I received this product with an open box facility. I checked the basic functionality of the phone when the delivery boy delivered my order.
After inserting the SIM card at home, I noticed that the phone’s speaker was not functioning properly.
I informed Flipkart 15 minutes after delivery, and they informed me that there is no replacement facility for this product, so you should contact the service center.
Today, I went to the Samsung service center and was told that my mobile phone’s IMEI number is not from India origin. So we cannot provide any warranty on this product.
I called the Flipkart service center again today and was informed that we need a denied letter from Samsung but I didn’t receive any letter from samsung.
Why did the Flipkart representative not inform me about the denied letter when I asked for help the first time?
I also informed the executive that, as per my observation, this product is not related to either the India or Asia regions.
The seller made a mistake, why does the customer need to go to the service center again?
It is Flipkart’s responsibility to stand up for its customers and take appropriate action against the seller.
The seller is responsible for sending the wrong product to the customer, which is fraud.
