I bought an Infinix laptop from Flipkart last month. within one month of time, its camera doesn’t work and the technical team collects it from my house. after inspection, they identified that the motherboard of the laptop has already been tampered. Hence laptop company cannot replace the product as it happened from Flipkart. now I need to get a replacement for this faulty product as soon as possible. I need to get serious action against Flipkart as they provided a tampered or faulty product to a customer who gave full cash for a fresh laptop. please help me to get resolve this issue as soon as possible.
