My order #20671,was received today[24/11/2022].But i was deceived as i got phone case which has no similarly with my order. Even the design nor the phone type was different. I paid the money they asked. There is no proper refund or exchange policy. I am totally disappointed. I ordered for redmi note 9 and i got some other.

I ordered phone cover from phonescape.shop which I received after about ten days and it was not the same product that I ordered. When I search for refund option which was shown on the website this is fraud please refund my amount ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
