I received a call from delivery person from shadowfax and told me to pay 599rs . I thought It was from Flipkart as I was on duty and checked quickly & informed the person it’s not my order but the delivery person was not accepting it back as i slightly opened to check . So I had to pay them forcefully by sharing OTP. It’s not any of the item i ordered , it’s just a piece of cloth i received and also I do not know from where and who ordered. It’ showed AEPL ordered was delivered from Shadowfax. How can I get my money refunded or know which website was it ordered ?
