I have ordered a Hugo Boss perfume from Snapdeal which was delivered to me on 28th Aug 2018, but the product was not geniune so I have place a return request on the same day.
The courier agency assigned by Snapdeal didnot picked the courier on respective date so i have also texted the sms to courier boy to pick up my courier but the courier was picked on 4th Sept 2018.
I havent received any picked up confirmation for the same then I have contacted the respective courier boy he said there is sever issue it will reflecte within 2days. Then on 11th Sept 2018 I received a reschedule pick up msg from snapdeal again and now snapdeal is saying we havent received the courier and same courier boy is saying.
So its a duty of Snapdeal to payback my Rs.2200 as the courier agency was lined up by the snapdeal.
