Objednal jsem dvě vystřelovací/rozkládací vycházkové hole, ale obdržená zásilka obsahovala hole, které neodpovídaly popisu a jednalo se o úplně jiné zboží. Navíc při objednávce, ani jako součast zásilky, jsem neobdržel fakturu, kde by bylo uvedeny údaje prodávajícího, vč. adresy, případně informace ohledně vrácení či reklamace zboží. Po přijetí objednávky jsem ihned reagoval na email – customer_service <[email protected], abych je informoval, že jsem obdržel jiné zboží než bylo objednáno, ale dosud nikdo nereagoval./ I ordered two launch/folding walking sticks, but the shipment I received contained sticks that did not match the description and were a completely different item. In addition, when ordering, even as part of the shipment, I did not receive an invoice with the seller's information, incl. addresses, or information regarding the return or claim of goods. After receiving the order, I immediately responded to the email – customer_service <[email protected] to inform them that I received a different item than what was ordered, but no one has responded yet.
