I order a smart watch on Amazon order I’d is 171-9648275-4609968 dated 30-01-2023 , they send me a simple watch i genrate a return and they pick the product from me , i returned the same product which I was received, but now they denied that this is not the actual product, i spend rs 4499 on this product, please take a action against them as they denied for a refund as well as to return the product back
