Dear Sir,
I ordered a Dell monitor S2421H, but they gave me another model, S2421HN, which is less expensive. I made a request to replace the product, but got no response. For the past 20 days, I have not got a solution to this issue. They do not even give the correct model of the product or replacement. For many days, this issue was open only. They are not ready to refund or give me the correct product as mentioned in the website description. I have given all the asked documents but still have not accepted and have not given a proper response from Flipkart. They simply closed this issue without reason. Please give some solution to this.
