Text of Complaint by Kanapaneni Raghavendra:

I made an order on 10.05.2021, product delivered on 16.05.2021. product is an asus vivobook. But I had received a different model of the same brand. Return request was raised on the same day.but Flipkart took it 13 days i.e on 29.05.2021 to respond, I had been calling continuosly from 24.05.2021 everyday but there was a delayed response. On 29.05.2021, they asked me for some photos, I had sent everything except for aadhar card of mine(forgotten).Flipkart did not even care to ask about the aadhar but they had rejected the request. I again raised the request and on 02.06.2021 at 04:17 pm, I got a call saying that the return is accepted, product will be collected in 24-48 hours and refund will be done.but today is 06.06.2021, and I had tried calling customer care and all they care to say is it will be resolved by 13.06.2021 again and they are disconnecting the call while I am on hold.it is taken almost a month now, I need the product badly.
