Text of Complaint by Nuaman Kasmani:

I have received a defect item, the brightness keeps fluctuating. I have been patient and polite with the CSA’s since the 2nd day of receiving the item. They did not help and today the supervisor I spoke to was smiling and laughing and telling me I couldn’t do anything about it.
