Dear sir/Madam,
My Order ID : OD125354272631481000
This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
I had purchased a MIVI DUO AIRPODS and I had paid Rs. 1199/- by Flipkart PAYLATER.
Due to defective Product, I had returned that product…
And product has been picked up from us by the concern person on 10th july’22 itself… But he didn’t update the status in Flipkart application till now..
So we have been calling to customer support from 10th to till date….
Each and every executives even senion officers saying the same words that it will be resolve… It will be resolve… And they saying that we have raise the complaints regarding this issue, so you will get call back from concern team and given many dates to getting the call back by that concern team….
The give dates are… 12th July, 13th July, 16th July, 18th July, 19th July, 22nd July, 23rd July, 25th July, 26th July, 29th July and 30th July…..
But till now we didn’t getting any calls from concern team and still not received our REFUND amount in paylater….
Aug 1st we have to pay that amount in paylater without Product… How can we pay????
NOTE: DAILY DAILY I AM GETTING MENTAL PRESSURE REGARDING THIS ISSUE….
Flipkart customer support executives are very worst responding and I’m getting very irritate by that executives….
So..Kindly kindly kindly take the action regarding this issue and please make my refund amount rs.1199/-
I hope that, I will get my refund amount by this escalation…
