Received my product on 21st June and I received a defective laptop where the laptop hinge was not aligned with a screen (where the wire was also showing) and the warranty is incorrect… Initiated for a replacement immediately but the replacement was never done…. Upon constant follow-ups I was told that the technician will visit and check and then any actions will be taken for replacement/refund/return….the technician never visited and they confirmed that the laptop is defective and they will replace the item…for replacement, a delivery person came to us only when I told them I will not available to the specific time/date and they canceled the replacement without any reason… it been a month now… I am constantly following up…. The customer service executives just hang up the call telling us that they will transfer the call to a senior…they are only telling us that my problem will be resolved soon each time without any action or result.
Not expected this from Flipkart…
My money is stuck and got a defective laptop…. Looks like Flipkart is harassing consumers with their bad service once their product is defective …
I want this issue to be escalated and I want my refund ASAP.

  1. Hi .. I have purchased metal rack ( pack of 2) 4139 rs on 27 May 2022 . but received only 1 product . So customer service agreed to refund partial amount 2060 rs . But till now amount is not credited ecen after 45 days . The agents are very irresponsible not even transferring call to supervisor . Need solution at the earliest .
