Text of Complaint by Surekha:

Ordered Samsung S20 Fe galaxy mobile phone on 6th August 2022 received a defective Samsung phone on 7th August. Immediately informed customer service regarding the defective product for which they informed that a technician will come on 8th to inspect the phone. He came on 8th and certified the phone is defective. After that the customer service person told that they will replace the phone and return the defective product at the time of new phone delivery which is scheduled on 11th August. On 11th I received a call from customer service saying that the phone I suppose to receive got damaged during the transit and the order got cancelled and she initiated a return pick up of the defective product which is with me and the refund will be issued once they receive the product. But till date (26th August) no one picked the phone and my refund is blocked. Everytime I call the customer service they’ll initiate a pickup date and I’ll receive a message on the pickup date saying the “pickup got cancelled at the time of pickup” I’m not understanding what to do.
