Text of Complaint by Chris M:

I ordered a hospital bed for my DAd through Amazon . Received a defective product . I contacted Amazon. I was told to ship it back to seller and Amazon will pay the return courier fee since the product was really heavy. I shipped the product through DTDC courier service to ship the product from Kerala to Rajasthan. I paid almost 10000 rupees for the defective product to be shipped back to the seller.
Amazon is now refusing to refund the courier charges and asked me to contact the seller. When I contacted the seller, they said that they received the product and that Amazon has to issue the refund for the courier charges
