Hi team,
This is My order Id isOD12566109520940100. I ordered a helmet on 10th August and i received my order on 14th August in morning. I was out of my home so my parents accepted that. My delivery boy was sahab singh. When I came back home in the evening, I eagerly opened the box without examining it. When I opened the box, I found that there was a old and damaged helmet in it. Then I saw that box properly then the box was getting double tapped from below and the invoice slip was also torn then it means box was already open , Then I immediately talked to him for return in the evening but I came to know that if the return policy is not available then only item replacement can be done.So I requested him to replace that item.
So when my item came back after replacement my delivery boy refused to give the replaced item and said that tomorrow my senior will come to talk to you. Next day no one came . And then next day I went to the skart office they said sir we can’t help you call Flipkart and say them to mail us after getting mail we will give you the item . So they cancelled pickup. I was so depressed. And then I again requested for replacement.
Again after couple of days same thing happened and now they cancelled my return . It’s just too much .
From 10th August it’s 23rd August.
