Text of Complaint by Vasu Banathia:

Hello sir. 

1. I bought a 65 inches LG TV online from the amazon site on 14 Nov. The same was received on 21 Nov and had its LED screen broken. 

2. The service engineer who had come to install the TV had registered the same on his job card.

3. The matter was immediately reported to the amazon customer service centre and I was assured for the replacement by 1 Dec after collection of the broken peice.

4. However, no action has been initiated on part of the amazon to replace the TV and deliver a new TV. 

The matter has been highlighted to the company time and again, but the response from the amazon has been very poor which is not expected from a renowned seller. 

5. I would request you to kindly replace the TV at the earliest irrespective of collection of the broken TV else i would be forced to social media and highlight the issue and further complaint to the consumer protection court. 

6. An early action is requested please.
