Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a JBL Tune 175BT Flex Neckband product from flipkart. It was not working. So many times I have complaint to flipkart but they said contact to JBL service center. I have also contact to jbl service center and they replied to me refund & returned process will be done by flipkart. But flipkart so many time block my, I cant talk to flipkart executive. please I need help. I want to refund my balance but flipkart not refund my balance. Please help me sir/madam.
