This order (Order # 402-5233495-0601154 ) was placed on Sept 26, on behalf of my 95 yr old grandmother who trusted me to gift a mobile phone for his 70 yr old son’s birthday. I trusted Amazon for this, and they sent a brick inside mobile phone box.
On contacting Amazon for this issue, they closed the case twice without informing me about it,
I had to follow up with them on both occasions but still no resolution was provided. My grandmother is in depression because of all this.
Please help me in getting the refund as soon as possible.
