Respected sir / madam.
In July 2021, i have ordered Dell laptop battery. After a two month battery totally damaged. I called dell technical support and said from my battery code my battery is 5 years old. Means expiry dated battery given by amazon.I have complained to amazon. My complaint number is Order Number 408- 6753655-4415501. And yet I have not found help. I am mentally disturbed.
amazon has cheated in the following ways.
1. I gave the customer an expired battery.
2.He broke the trust of dell company by selling the goods of dell company.
3.The company from which Amazon gave me the goods is fake.
4. I am mentally disturb.
5.my online work stopped and facing lot of financial losses.
Plz help me…I am mentally disturb….
