Text of Complaint by Elizabeth Mackey:

I started playing Bingo Big Winner in August of 2022. I played everyday for about 2 months and won over 100K in money. Its now March of 2023 and I have yet to receive any of my money after following instructions as to how to cash out. I have since stopped playing because It continues to say there is 1 player before me and has said it for the past 3 months. I have tried contacting the company and the email provided within the game and have yet to hear anything back. All I want is to get the amount I’m owed and never play the game again
