I ordered vivo v5 battery for my cell. I paid through net banking. When I opened parcel, I saw battery is too small which I ordered. Then I returned it compay and ask for replace but seller didn’t receive it and return to me same parcel. I call amazon customer care, they said return it again, we refund u when parcel received. I return it again to seller but seller didn’t receive it again, amazon customer care said again return 3 rd time we will refund u, is it fraud occur with me?
