This is regarding Order# 171-1100228-7169935

I have ordered  Hitachi 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper RSOG518HDEA Gold) on 2 June 2021, after receiving the courier on 7th June the  installation team contacted me for the same (INSTALLATION REQUIRED , Req. 21060704709).

While the Installation team was doing unpackaging we found Hitachi’s Indoor unit box containing the “Godrej” product and the outdoor unit was completely damaged or burnt.

I called amazon customer care, explained everything to them and requested a return request immediately, they have raised the request but still return pickup has not been done.

It’s been almost 4 days I have been following with amazon customer care but no action has been taken yet, every day they simply cancel my previous pickup request and raise a new request, could you please help to refund my amount back.

Also I have shared Seller review (BIG ELECTRO SALES) on your amazon portal so that the same incident will not occur with any other customer but that has also been removed.
