Sir I have ordered NEFON Q20 ULTRA 5G Mobile online on 21.06.2021 and paid Rs4449 online and received sms from oneshyp that I will receive my order within 7 days. I have received a packet by courier on 28.06.2021 When I have opened the packet I was shocked because inside one used and old, local made mobile was there which will be worth of only Rs.500 and which is entirely different from my ordered mobile.
Therefore I request your good self to help me in getting my money (Rs 4449) back which is earned by my swetting.
