RECENTLY I HAVE UPDATED MY MOBILE REALME X7 PRO 5G JUST AFTER THAT A GREEN LINE HAS APPEARED IN MIDDLE OF SCREEN OF MY PHONE . I HAVE CONTACTED REALME CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ARE SAYING FOR REPLACEMENT OF DISPLAY BUT NOT FREE OF COST AS WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR BECAUSE PROBLEM HAS
ARISED AFTER UPDATE FOR WHICH COMPANY IS LIABLE AND IT IS UNETHICAL IF CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR COMPANY FAULT AND NEGLIGENCE . COMPANY SHOULD THINK ABOUT IMPACT OF THIS ON THE SALES AND BRAND REPUTATION IN FUTURE RUN
