Recently, within a span of fewer than five months of regular use, my Realme wireless buds 2 have ceased to function. In response, I promptly visited the authorized service center and duly submitted the product for assessment and repair.
Regrettably, subsequent communications with the service center have revealed that a repair is not feasible, leading to the offer of a substitution with an outdated model. This course of action is incompatible with my expectations and requirements.
Following extensive deliberations with the service personnel, an alternative remedy was proposed in the form of a refund. However, the proposed solution involves the issuance of a Realme coupon code with a constrained period of validity. Presently, there exists no equivalent product within the specified range, thereby necessitating an additional monetary outlay for an upgraded model—a prospect that is not currently viable.
My primary request remains unchanged: either rectify or replace the malfunctioning earbuds in question, ensuring an exact replication of the original features. Alternatively, I am open to the expedient resolution of a monetary reimbursement, thereby facilitating the acquisition of a commensurate product. The current service experience has regrettably left me profoundly dissatisfied, and I kindly urge for a prompt and satisfactory resolution of this matter.
