I purchased a Real Me washing Macine from Flipkart.in agust 2023 but they do insallation after one month while date is manetion they will install it with in one week after delivery.
after installtion we have used machine approx 10 days and suddendly machine started vibrating very badly.then we stop machine and call cusomer support of flipkart then they it is service rlated problem so thay helpus in thius matter.
they have given Realme customer care number.wwe keep chasing and following on this nu,aber but everybody on this number giving me another date.
thry are doing fraud and elling srcarp product.
Requesting yoy kindly help me on this matter and suggest what to do,
Also requesting kindly ban this company so that cant cheat anyone.
