Text of Complaint by praveen:

I have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 23rd October 2020.
From 10th August 21 I started  facing a problem is screen panel/Display  of TV ,screen is not coming properly, picture is not clear, lining is coming in the screen.

The invoice of purchase is also attached for your reference.
The TV IMEI/Serial number is 01CFTV436200807264.
Invoice Number # FAB1QL2100033109
As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned  that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
The Technician visited on 11th august and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
Till date I have not received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote to them they simply responded back that they are working on it. Now REALME has stopped taking calls and responding to mails.
I really need help to sort out this issue.
