I have purchased Realme 32″ inch TV in march 2021. this product has 1 yr warranty. after using it for 3 months there’s been an black out issue in the screen. we have raised a complaint with the authorities and they said that the panel got fired up and they have to change it. after one month of the registered complaint they changes the panel, that’s what they said, but the screen has the same issue itself the time of technician when he changed it himself. After that they said they’ll send in senior executive but we haven’t received any word from them after that. its been almost 3 months since i have raised the complaint
